Return Policy

Return Policy with 30-Day:

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Jorrio Jewelry, that is why we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us via email within 30 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request.

 

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items:

1.Personalized items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

2.Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable or exchangeable.

3.Items that were worn, or sent to you as replacement/exchange are not refundable or exchangeable.

Refunds:

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and can not be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

After a return, if the total number of items purchased is less than 5, it is not in compliance with our wholesale policy, and we will deduct $20 from the refund given to you as compensation for shipping.

Cancellation:

1.If the cancellation is made less than 8 hours after the order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee.

2.If the cancellation is made between 8 to 24 hours after the order was placed, there would be a 10% cancellation fee.

3.If the cancellation is made 24 hours after the order was placed, there would be a 30% cancellation fee.
